Holliday Farms will be in the heart of Zionsville and the clubhouse will be the heart of Holliday Farms. Whether its spending time with the kids or grandkids, meeting new friends or neighbors for a drink or making new friends through one of the numerous social activities throughout the year — from pool parties to wine dinners, there will be something for everyone.

Natural Beauty Abound with Trails to Enjoy Throughout Whether it’s a walk directly along Eagle Creek with trees canopied above, meandering through the woods to Turkey Foot Trail where the shade of woods graces you along the way to finding your way to the Downtown Village in Zionsville, one could spend all day wondering this unique and natural environment. With trails connecting from Michigan Road to Eagle Creek (where our beautiful Class Red Indiana Bridge will live on) we can’t wait to share the beauty of the area over a relaxing hike with you. Parks throughout and with access by foot, bike or golf cart — you’ll just have to decide!

Championship Golf designed by Legendary Course Architect, Pete Dye Holliday Farms will feature two incredible courses designed for all. With Pete Dye, a world-renowned architect at the helm, having designed this unique and rolling golf sanctuary over the past two years – there is so much heart and history embedded in this course layout beyond the rolling terrain, rippling creeks and brooks as the course itself blends into the natural landscape. Mr. Dye and his wife, Alice, actually designed a course for this very setting at Holliday Farms in the 1990s…it is with great pride that a premier golf course community will now emerge, with his vision immersed in all aspects. The 18-Hole Championship course will offer all calibers of golfers an enjoyable and beautiful setting. The 9-Hole Executive Course will provide a unique experience with its Par-3 only holes, offering beginners a chance to develop their game in a more comfortable setting, youth to learn all the way to experienced golfers simply looking to enjoy a quick round, work on short game play or enjoy some time with kids or grand kids. The golf at Holliday Farms will also feature a short game practice area and spectacular driving range.
